Proctor and Gamble buy out

Yep :( I'm pretty bummed out.

I think it was discussed on here before, I can't remember when.

I feed California Natural, but with Lexi's stomach problems, I'm really praying they don't change the formula. It seems to work well for her.

I'm pretty upset too. I feed Bailey california natural as well. I tried transitioning her to Wellness. She did great until her recent stomach issue, so now she's back to california natural. Sighhh I hope they don't mess with the formulas.

That's my big thing...please don't mess with the formulas. Miko finally found a food that seems to work for him and work good. I've gone through so many other foods. Sigh.

I have a feeling though, P&G will eventually change things a bit. Monetarily, it would make sense.

(I'll go see if I can find the other thread)

I know a formula change would be bad for a dogs digestion problems, but I'd be more concerned that P&G would try to save a few bucks by importing ingrediants from less reputable sources all the while technically keeping the formula the same.

Are EVO and California Natural the only two dog foods that this concerns, or are there others? I haven't had time to read the link yet. :uhoh:

I haven't read all of the article, but it is ironic that this topic would be brought back up this morning.

Yesterday we bought MMM a new bag of food and Larry was reading the ingredients last night and chicken meal is high on the list and I don't remember it being that far up (like 3rd).

Does anyone have a bag from before the buy out? I would like to monitor this for changes.

P.S. Guess I should say which one he eats! Innova Adult Small Bite

I just combined the two threads since they were on the same topic. This way we can have all the information in one place.
