Save Sally. Need ideas/help. Senior, sheltie/mix

I hate to get my hopes up because one of them said they would take her a few days ago and then said they wouldn't. But, there is at least a back up in case they back out again. The volunteers at the Cobb AC have been really working hard to help Sally. I think they guilted this rescue into taking her. I will give more details and info when I know for sure what is happening.

Wow, that's awesome! I was wondering how hard it would be to meet her in person and then... well... luckily no one gets to find out this go around.

Indeed. If it detracts from our credibility it's not a good thing.

(Something needs to be done about that woman, but we aren't the ones to do it.)

I'm glad I didn't have to find out too! I really had no idea it would be sooooo hard to rescue Sally! I pick her up tomorrow afternoon. I will take lots of pictures so you guys can see the sweet dog you've been praying, emailing and donating for.
 
HRCarol: Sally can't thank you herself for being her angel but we can and do. Look forward to seeing pictures of her.
 
The suspense is killing me. Sally doesn't know it but tomorrow is day one of her new life. I have a feeling you will be getting lots of doggy kisses. I wish I was there to see her reaction when she walks out of the pound. Dreams come true.
 
I'll try to get a picture or movie. My kids will be with me maybe they can operate the camera.
Do you guys have any name ideas? The rescue tries to give a unique name to each dog to avoid confusion w/ records and "Sally" has already been used. Her name doesn't have to totally change but, maybe we could add something on.
 
Hallie, Mallie, Allie - she's probably been referred to as Sally at the shelter so I wouldn't change it more than a first letter. Poor girl must be confused enough.
 
Sally is Safe!!!

Just wanted to let you know Sally is safe! I think her name for the Rescue will be Sally Belle. But, we will probably still call her Sally. I will post some pictures and more details tomorrow.
