Throwing up

Yeah! I'm glad Bentley's feeling better and is improving.

Our little guys do seem happier when they are working rather than just sitting around. I get the same feeling from Edan when we are doing Rally work. He just has so much pent up energy and I'm still keeping him from a lot of agility work.

I am glad Bentley is doing better.

I was just talking with my mom tonight about Diva's activites this last week. Thurs conformation class, running and playing with Rachel's dog fri-sun almost all day . Herding-mon afternoon, agility mon night, agility tonight and Open obedience tonight. Tom is off. Diva was happy and excited to be working at all times. In fact, she was still ready to go as we were leaving the training building. Not even tired. I was thinking about how much she would be bouncing off the walls if she didn't have so much to do. This dog definitely nees a job. She is now passed out under my chair I'm sure ready to go if I ask her. I shudder to think about keeping Diva quiet:eek2:. I remember Ember was hard enough following her surgery and she is lazy.

Funny you mention that. Now that Bentley is feeling better he is getting a bit stir crazy, but SEVERAL times I have said "Thank goodness it was him and not Lexi!" I could never keep her quiet for this long.

That's a much smaller incision than what Edan ended up with. His goes from just below his ribcage all the way down his belly and around his naughty bit. I'm guessing the difference is because they also have to remove the gallbladder.

How much fur did they have to shave off Bentley? Edan's belly is pretty much fur-free and his left front foot is doing an impersonation of a Poodle from where the IVs were. Thankfully the fur is starting to grow back.

That is one ugly incision. And that's smaller than Edan's? Crazy! Well, I'm glad BOTH boys are feeling better. And yes, better it be Bentley than Lexi. I can't imagine trying to keep Koji quiet and he's such a couch potato nowdays. How's Lexi handling the "quiet" Bentley? She's not egging him on, is she?

Wow! I thought Bentley's incision was big. I can't believe Edan's is bigger. Bentley's stops right at his privates. But, once it's all heeled it will look like one big scar because he still has a scar from his cryptorchid surgery (neuter).

Bentley's stomach is all shaved, but his chest is still furry. I'm attaching a picture. Is that what Edan's looks like? And yes, Bentley has that silly foot/leg thing too! All his pretty feathering is gone.
