Tinsel's Journey

Will he do his wave for me on Saturday? I really hope the weather is a lot cooler, but it is to be extremely hot tomorrow.
 
I'm sure he will. He uses it for the cuteness quotient in order to mooch whatever you have in your hand. Maybe Melissa will be able to get it on video so we can share with SN. They are calling for 28C on Saturday. Hope it is cool by the water.
 
Me too. I just hope Dad is well enough on Saturday to either come or stay by himself. The heat took a lot out of him yesterday.

It will be interesting to see Tinsel. Hope he does do his wave. Mine will probably be brats- they are not around other dogs other than each other.
 
The heat yesterday was awful. No wonder your dad felt it. I had to drive my non air conditioned car to Port Dover (45 minutes) for a 90th birthday open house - yuck.
I have my fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate and we will be able to enjoy meeting each other. I'm sure that your "kids" will be great.
 
Continue to enjoy watching Tinsel's progress. Both of you are just amazing!

I saw the pictures of Toffee at the beach and posted to your thread but somehow it didn't show up. Never seen sand on a dog like that and hope Tinsel doesn't get covered to match. Grooming is not his strong point!!!
I hope we find that he enjoys wading around though. My grandpuppydaughter, how's that for a word, Gem loves to swim and hopefully she will be able to be there to show him how. Connor prefers to wade in but keep his feet on a surface.
He's due to go to two picnics this weekend. The second is with the Belgian Shepherd dog club on Sunday. We'll see how much of a social butterfly he is before he goes to both the Sheltie Rescue picnic and the Westie Walk and Fun Day in September. Hope he enjoys himself - oh, wait, there will be food and suckers to feed him!
