Tully's not doing well

We're on a roller coaster atm. Today she's lethargic and nauseous. Although yesterday I was taking the puppy for a walk and found Tully on the kitchen table again! Back in the crate for her. Appointment tomorrow with IMS.

Oh little Tully... please, please, please make your mom (and us at Sheltie Nation) happy and get better soon. No table climbing please. We love you to pieces! Fingers, arms, legs, paws crossed that she rebounds again in a positive direction!

Well had appointment with IMS and he wants to get the gallbladder out asap. So I have an appointment with surgeon on Tuesday and we'll set a date. She is having liver and colon byopsies the same time. I feel so mean, poor little girl just as she gets better she gets knocked about again.

IMS says because the gallbladder has lost cohesion there's bound to be lots of adhesions so it will be a long surgery.

Unfortunately she's lost weight again. So she's back to being 15-20% underweight. I'm going to try re-introducing red meat this week to build up her strength, she's back on fish while her tummy recovers from the 'millet' disaster in her new nutritionist developed diet. I know from my cancer surgeries, protein is very important for recovering from surgery, esp abdominal surgery.
