Tully's not doing well

Tully probably does has muscle wasting, she's lost 16% of her body weight and I assume that's muscle too. Plus being on Pred causes muscle wasting. Tully also started refusing to go with the dog walker - not sure if it was because she was sick or the dog walker goes too far and fast for her.

I do have an animal physio we used to see. Must try to remember the exercises we did, as I'm still not cleared to drive that far.

I have to wait at least another 2 weeks for my mobility walker to arrive. I was so annoyed they didn't say they were out of stock when I ordered as I would have got it from somewhere else. I really need to get Tully and the Puppy and me out walking safely.
 
I'm so sorry to hear Tully has lost so much weight Caro! Prednisone is hard on them long term, my last dog was on it for well over a year and while it helped initially she later would get UTI's constantly (literally, as soon as she was done antibiotics she'd get another one) to the point I took her off of it.
 
Sorry to see she's not improving Caro. Don't ever blame yourself for anything as it's obvious how much you care for Tully and would do anything to help her. At times we have to trust in the advice of professionals and as I've found out, they don't always get it right. I hope things improve for you soon :hugs
