That was alot of reading to catch up on! Boy was I shocked. Sadly As a probable expert in epilepsy now (child and sibling), this looks neurological more than seizure. Simple partials wouldn’t have the dazed look but I would expect them to be pretty hard to detect in a dog (even in humans) and would typically be short if any physical signs. Everyone else was very accurate about complex partials (the loss of consciousness kind) and generalized aka
grand mal ones which these are not. I suspect you are onto something with vaccine combined with puppy neurology. Darn, I had assumed it was the ear glue early in the reading.

It’s the most bizarre thing, she only does it when she’s tired. She’s your typical busy puppy...goes from one thing to another. Right now she’s terrorizing the other dogs. I’m hoping it disappears as quickly as it came. I’ll be getting blood work done on her on Thursday so we can rule everything else out.

is there a muscle in a pinch or a muscle that is overloaded?

I have seen the videos! She is "wild woman" in every good sense of the phrase. Bright eyed and bushy tailes. Reminds me of my little girl in blue form! Hopefully if neurological it will out grow or is a reaction to vaccines.
