I was checking her website but just followed her FB page as well. He looks Great!!! All cleaned up and man, must be thrilled to be out of that cage!!! So glad she was able to get him!!!

UPDATE:
So far he is doing OK. He is not neutered as we were told. His teeth are in horrible shape and he does have a slight heart murmur. The biggest issue right now is the marking. Of course, the poor guy is very confused and appears to have some dementia but I think as he decompresses from all of this happening and he will settle down. His bloodwork was not bad and of course, most of it was due to his nasty teeth. He is not a dog you would do a dental on or even neuter at this time so he is wearing a belly band. Loves affection and loves to just chill. It just breaks your heart. He just wants to go “home”.

Poor guy…I can imagine how difficult this must be for him! I took Riley in at 5 1/2 and he’d been separated for a month from the only family he’d know and he was heartbroken so this guy must be totally confused!
Glad he’s in a safe place and even if he doesn’t get a forever home he’s not going to be in a Shelter.

Sad to hear he has a few health issues but I suppose it could be a lot worse considering he is 17. I hope his teeth dont cause him too much pain.
It's amazing that yoy both were able to get him to where he is. It looks like the perfect place to get him back on his feet and have a happy life
