Angus is missing

I've been reading this thread daily, and praying as well.

I truly hope Angus finds his way home soon. Something tells me that he's definitely trying. To have been through so much, and be virtually unscathed is proof that he's being watched over by some greater force. Here's hoping that greater force guides him to another helpful party soon. <3

...

And hopefully that greater force will bop whoever is in charge of email/cross posting at the shelter on their heads.

(I've been out of touch for a couple of days and will be gone from Sunday to Wednesday.)

Sister Mary Francis, what a tale!!!! Thank God Angus is sighted -- even brushed and fed -- for it means he's learned enough to keep himself alive and in pretty good shape. Janet, Alan and Russell, you know I've been praying daily. Angus is going to be found again -- and you have a whole team of people working and praying for his return. The shelter has had its butt kicked -- they sure know about Angus now -- and should be ready when and if he comes their way again. So keep the faith -- we have St. Francis on full alert!
Love,

As I worked in my yard today I had a chat with Katie and informed her that she and the other sheltie angels must get together and guide Angus and Ruffles home.

Hi and thanks to all for getting info. to me so I could contact Janet's husband. I told him all I knew then I sent pic. which Janet got and identified him. Hopefully she will call me tonite after her work day and I can explain to her all I know. I have 3 shelties (1 rescue) and I can't stand the thought of one being lost. When I get my husband off on his overnite camping trip I will get back on here this evening and tell the story so it won't leave so much suspense. There are lots of people looking and even I had posted fliers as early as Tues. a m all over town, so everyone is alerted.

Bless you! You are a newbie to this forum, but we thank you so much for your compassion in following throught and stepping up. All the pups on the forum are family to us. And we hurt when they hurt.

One question that keeps coming up in my mind ??

What the heck happened to Angus's collar ?? It had all the info on it that anyone needed ?? Did The trial rehome change collars and that's why no info ??
Well that's a past issue now we need to concentrate on re-finding Angus:( Please Dear lord let all the shelties at the Rainbow bridge help guideAngus and Rufflews back into the arms of their families !!

Collar

Jean said there was no collar on him of any kind when she found him on her farm that morning. Could it be that he did not have a collar on when he broke out the window that morning or was caught and tied up and broke away before he got to Jean's home loosing the collar. We have wondered that.

That is likely, as is the collar getting snagged and h twisted out of it. Shelties have little heads.

Thanks for all the info. Here's to hoping and significant sightings to tide us over in the meantime!

Anything is possible.

My sheltie Kia gets out of her collar all the time. Due to the thickness of their fur you don't want it too tight because it tangles with their fur. The important thing is getting poor Angus back home. Prayers still flooding for Angus's safe return.

Does Angus have a FB page yet? If not, would anyone be willing to set one up for him?

What are the local newstations in the area where Angus is missing?
