She was spotted today laying beside the crate and trap, I guess the trick now is to get her to go in.

She's waiting for her owner to show up -the crate is there -the scent (hopefully ) is there -she's waiting for her human companion to show up.
anyone else will probably scare her away.

Hmm...don't be so sure. When they are feral, they are even scared of their owners. It is weird.

According to her co-owner's update, Party is staying in one general area on an 80-acre estate. They feel she is fairly safe there. Her crate and the traps are there, and Party has been seen regularly sleeping in her crate. They think she is close to being caught and it's just a matter of time until they can get close enough.
Her handler has left for other shows but a friend of the owner is staying there watching the crate/traps and baiting them.
Hopefully the weather will hold with no storms to scare her and it won't be long until this little girl is back where she belongs with her owner.

typical sheltie behavior...even feral shes still saying a screw you to everyone
Shes sleeping in a crate that will not lock her in opposed to the crate next to it that will...that would be something my Molly would do!! They are going to try to cover the trap with a blanket or something to try to make it look more like her crate and hopefully that will do the trick!!!
I hope they can get her between now and friday night, there are supposed to be some strong storms rolling though friday afternoon/night...

Yes, I say get rid of her crate and put everything from her crate inside the trap, along with a blanket from home to make her think it's her crate.
