brilliant recall

there is 4 parts on the page Left corner, you have to click separately on each webinar to watch. Marketing effort aside SG really gives out some significant clues which make huge difference in training so it is still worth listening and remembering IMHO
Sometimes class is worth taking for one single clue you receive for your training... when I started with Dana she expressly forbid me to say " aaa/aaa" when Che was going off course...dog was doing what you told him to do, you can not let dog start doubting and deciding on the field whether he is doing right or wrong... dog is always right.... otherwise you unwittingly slow your dog down without meaning... wish someone told me that right in the beginning:no: Small things could have huge impact I am beginning to realize...
Today is the last day to sign in and officially we start on Thur but people were doing core games and it is really remarkable how fast those doggies change... mine have been running around the house and when hear their names fly towards me and put their butts down like a lighting...
unfortunately Leo hurt his paw early this morning which was bleeding and now he is limping so no games today for him...off to vet to check just to be sure...

Oh I didn't mean that those webinars are bad. I really liked first 3 of them and I found some useful tips while watching those. Though, the 4th one was filled w/ marketing too much, imo. It's okey since we were promised only three webinars, but once i got an email, i was happy to watch and learn more, but all i can remember is Susan and her talk about opportunity cost....
I do believe those games are kind of life-changing, but TBH it's also about one's attitude. Last two weeks I found those five minutes per day (usually two sessions) and I acted like a fool. I played with my pup, I trained him and he improved greatly. Today I made even a little test of his skills - first I threw him a ball and he ran after it and I called him when he was on his way for the ball - he quickly turned and ran like wind right to me. Then I ran away and while he was chasing me I told him to lay down. He did that, too. See? It's not impossible. It just takes time and you gotta work on your relationship. I understand why you would take a course since you got it cheaper, but I will rather buy couple of books and toys for my dog than this. I think what is the most important and effective in this course is Susan giving out schedule - what to do now, what to play, what to train etc.. Without someone behind our backs, we rarely manage to be consistent in our training :smile2:
Sorry to hear about your pup.. I hope his paw is gonna be okey soon :(

I did find value in the free webinars as it reminded me that there are other ways to train. I'm just not sure I'm ready to shell out $400 for the experience.

I might be better served to spend $400 on a hands on trainer if I really was concerned. Yes, I've got crazy Indy barking/protect the property issues, but not enough yet to worry.
