Colonel Underpants: The New Chapter

I wasn't joking about the mattress on the floor :) and have it be penned it somewhat, too.
and nightlights so he doesn't get confused by darkness and/or different place (my bedroom has 3 motion sensor nightlights now).
I swear every sound woke me cause I was so worried about Gavin.
He got lots of naps due to his meds.... me not so much.

Last night was better. I went to sleep around midnight; Beckon woke me at two for a pee. After, he wanted to be with me and Layla, so I put him up on the bed for a bit. After a while, he went down and back to sleep -- and so did I! Beloved DH took him down this morning and DS fed him while Layla and I rested together.

We're moving from Gabapentin (300mg) every sic hours to every eight hours today. :fl

Gavin adores his ramps and steps that allow him to get on the couch and my bed.
He really wants to be with me so much more than before.
It's like he knows how much he needed me when he was having issues, and he decided he liked it so much now he just wants to be near me.
and he appreciates all the help he has gotten.

How is the patient and his nurse doing today?
We're better every day! He got me up at six to go out -- successfully, I might add. I fed everyone, tidied up, and we went back to sleep until ten. Ah, rested at last!!!

He goes to the dog door steps to try to climb back in. Hey, Big Fellow, not yet!!! It's only been one week, and you need to wait until you get your stitches out!
