Concussed Sheltie :-(

Concussed Sheltie :(

Ouch...poor Merlin! :( I am sure you will be watching him very closely to make sure he is back to normal.

Labs have VERY hard heads, maybe you need to buy safety head gear for Merlin to wear when playing with Cadbury! :)

The perils of having such discrepancy in size between breeds. Poor Merlin. I am sure your big brother didn't mean to hurt you but you have my permission to steal his treats anyway. Hope he shows no further signs of trauma. Healing thoughts sent.

Thanks all, Merlin has no squint this morning and is bouncing around like normal, so fingers crossed he mends quick

My brother suggested this too!

I think Cadbury is just very clumsy, even for a Labrador! He just bumps into everything.

That is good news that Merlin isn't squinting anymore...he may just have had a really nasty headache from that hit.

I have to laugh at your description of Cadbury. Yesterday I was at our vets with my little Pixie who had a flare up of her IBD and there was a huge chocolate lab in the waiting room who had everyone in stitches. He was super friendly and a total clutz...it was like having a bull in a china cabinet! Nothing was safe from his bumbling...but what a sweet soul!

Lol, must be related to Cadbury! Nothing is safe. The number of cups of tea I have lost of side tables!

Aw, thanks Chris :smile2:

Actually I have now noticed a small graze/cut at the corner of Cadbury's eye, not on the eye fortunately. I'm starting to think they heavily clipped each other, rather than a full head on collision as i first thought.
