coyote stage!

I am on day 8 of covid keeping me home.
Pico is getting 3-4 very spirited play sessions a day (30 minutes each of jumping after that flirt pole- or fishing for sheltie) and a 45 minute walk each day.
I earned that smile!

we havent been walking for a few days... covid turned into major congestion (day 11 now).
so more playtime.
Pico is in puppy time out for barking in the kitchen (I'm making bacon).
but he was very sweet last night..he's actually really good on my bed in his dog bed at night.

Too bad you can't send him down here for a playdate, my 3 would wear him out good. Our little Ally would occasionally howl - complete with head tilted way back like a wolf... coming out of such a little squirt it was pretty funny. She didn't do it often though.

When I am over COVID, I will be tempted.
Since I am planning on flying with him in November, a 4 hour car trip down south would be a decent warm-up.
he does love playing with my friend's terrier, but that has been put on hold for obvious reasons.

at the moment I have a terrible cough and a little fatigue :(
I am drinking hot tea pretty much non stop.

Cindy we'd be glad to have you and Pico visit. We aren't available 10/13 - 10/23 but other than that no plans. Hubby and I have been sick for over 2 weeks now, not Covid, but we think maybe RSV. It is really hanging on and fatigue is definitely part of it. Very aggravating.

I have gone through sooo many at home COVID tests.
luckily work has given us a lot of them, and is giving us more (5 packs even) since so many of us have gotten it in the past month.
But I still test positive within a 5 minutes :(
My work had a booster vaccine clinic last Monday....too late!
I have had to delay a doctor's appt twice, too.
hopefully we can all be healthy at the same time!

tested negative!!!
all my old test kits have been used up and am on the 5 packs now from work in september.

took pico for a walk and weighed him at the petstore.
10lbs 2 oz
12.5 inches tall

I'll be lucky if he hits 20lbs
