Do you have a sheltie toy box.

I just use a small rubbermade box from Wal-Mart. I'm working on teaching Keeley to put her toys away at night on command. She doesn't always hit the box, but that's because she's looking up at me when she drops it! 1/4 of the time it misses.:rolleyes2:

Yes its called my living room!!!:lol:

No seriously I do have a bin for their toys...however I have to put them in the bin when they are all outside or else as soon I as I put them someone's behind me taking them back out!:rolleyes2:

And last night they must have been unsupervised for more than 20 min because half their toys were strew about the back yard!!!

I have a wooden wine crate you can go to your local liquor store and get one for free and I have another decorative metal piece that I have toys ,bullysticks and balls in. They do like digging and picking out what they want and yes a few times a day I round them all up put them back in and they go digging again for more

Yep I need to refill Sca's tonight. When he goes to his vacation house (Mom and Dad's) he ignores the toys I brought and takes great joy in sorting through the Bear's toy bin.

I have a basket in the living room filled with toys. Bailey is the same as Lightplum's dogs. As soon as I clean up all her toys, Bailey is right behind me, ready to take them out again.

I love when she has her head buried in the basket, looking for a specific toy. When she finds the one wants, she "shakes it to death" for a few seconds and then looks for another toy to kill. She is so cute sometimes!

Toy box

Indie has a toy box too. Like a lot of the other puppers on here, I can clean it up and he is right behind me emptying it all over the frontroom, dining room, den, bedrooms....ah heck let's just say the whole house. He loves to root around in it and drag something new out every few minutes, cart it off to somewhere that I will step on with bare feet, guaranteed especially if it is a rawhide and then go back for more:rolleyes2: Yikes......OUCH, those darn raw hides!!!!

I know what you mean! I find chewed up bits of rawhides all over the house and in the backyard at the cottage.

Then I discovered that Indy's been hiding them in the woods from Bacca! Bones that I thought were long gone, suddenly appear again! He's too sneaky!

That's my house. Although Diva has been gone for a week and half visiting Rachel and my floor hasn't looked like the place used toys go to die since.

I bought a large plastic box for Cadbury's toys. You can tell its a labrador's toy box because everything is covered in filth, slobber, slightly mangled and has been left out in the rain at least twice! Also toys very often go missing and so the box is constantly being 'topped up.'

I intend to get a second box for the sheltie with a lid, as I want some smaller balls and toys for sheltie pup to play with, but it would be too risky to let Cadbury near them as he might swallow them. I shall just keep them for when I play with sheltie pup 1-2-1.:smile2:

We used to have a dog bed that we piled all of her toys into, but my GF found a collapsible hamper like thing at the dollar store that we have been putting her toys in. It stands a bit taller then her back, but its made from soft mesh fabric and she knows that all she has to do is put a little weight on it and she can get at everything inside. Now if I could just teach her to put all the toys back! I was going to build her a "chest" to keep everything in, but she is way too rough around the house and I didn't want her to hut herself is she ran into it on accident. Craft stores like Michaels and AC Moore sell small "toy chest" kits that you can put together yourself for fairly cheap if you have a calmer dog and aren't worried about them slamming into it though.
