Can you use a brace in the meantime so you can heal?

I get this when I walk the dogs, attaching the leashes to the stroller causes less stress on my elbows. Many years ago I worked at a coffee shop and I banged my elbows on the trays of cups numerous times...now I’m paying the price lol. My stroller is adjustable and I find that it helps having it at an angle that is most comfortable.
Hopefully with some adjustments you’ll be able to walk pain free! I’m so looking forward to getting the dogs out for a walk...it’s been so incredibly cold and now with spring coming soon (heck I’m looking forward to a low minus temp lol) I want to get all 3 out. I figure I can get Blueberry in the stroller and let the other 2 walk. But not at -20 lol...soon though!

I took Gavin for a walk last night (I delivered a mis-delivered package 5-6 block away...it was a mystery shipper so I couldnt even call them to come pick it up!) and this morning and the left elbow is much better. lowering the push bar is a bit awkward and makes it harder to push uphill, but if that it what it takes :) Gavin gets pretty tired after his short walks, he tend to slip a lot more right after the walks when I get him home and out of the stroller. I feel so bad for him, but he seems fine after a whort nap.

I guess in the long run his getting out and some exercise is better than staying home!
