Gavin welcomed me home today with

So last night was perfectly normal!
Gavin came up to visit 3 times for 2 hours each :)
No bathroom breaks.
His last poop of the night was a poop!
So more chix/RC/Pumpkinfor breakfast.

Oh..and Gavin sleeping on me on the couch is quite comfy for me :) Nice and fluffy and warm!

Doing laundry today... All those sheets and towels that were covering the dog beds (and my bed) that have messy marks from the past few days... Gavin upset his dog beds aren't available for him to use :) So he is sleeping on my feet!
 
I had a REALLY scary moment when Gavin was still off food, I went outside where he was sleeping to give him some pedialyte. I lifted up his head and he didn't wake up and his head fell back down to the crate pad. He didn't wake up until I picked his head up again. I had a few seconds of terror as I was afraid Gavin was no longer alive.

In reality, he was never that weak, was always walking pretty normally. Just sleeping more than normal. But for a few seconds I was in a panic.

I'm so sorry that happened Cindy! Having just been through that I can imagine what went through your mind. You tell Gavin to smarten up and not scare you like that again!
 
The moment his head flopped back to the ground was truly heart stopping. He really does sleep very soundly now sometimes. And this wasn't just me petting him but physically lifting his head up and it flopping down like dead weight.
