Gavin's dotage

my volvo is a 2003. and the beach is not the easiest to get a tow from (I've had issues with cold starts).
thankfully my mechanic is close to home and work.
Told him I need about 2-3 more years from her, if I can pass emissions in November.
Nice Swedish buy named Carl, btw.

Fingers crossed that you make it to the beach! My car is only 6 years old and still has a small portion of the extended warranty on it (I’m at 93,000 kms and it ends at 100,000) and I’m going to truly miss it when it done but I definitely don’t want to buy a new one yet!
Volvo’s last a long time don’t they? I’m hearing that everyone is looking to buy electric now that gas is so high but I just think electricity is expensive too! And the cost to replace a battery on an electric car is thousands of dollars!

considering there were very few people and dogs at the beach, Gavin had a great time. He really seemed to be enjoying himself, walking in his wheelchair unprompted. I did use his wagon a few times so he wouldn't exhaust himself on the not so fun parts. He seemed pretty perky when I got home, too.

Nothing like a day at the beach with fresh air to perk up anyone… man, women, child, and dogs!❤️
