Have you ever added baby powder with corn starch to his bad foot before bandages to help with moisture? It helps me on the occasions I actually put my arm brace on and it doesn't burn me and keeps itching to a minimum

Me TOO!Just picturing this in my head has me dizzy!
I have that type of AC. We got it a few summers ago when we thought Sandstorm was going to get heat stroke, it went up to 89 in our house. We have had more than several days of very hot and humid weather in the summer here in Cape Cod, known for its cooler summers. That's one reason people come here, to get away from the heat...It would probably use less electricity than all the fans your running. The nice part of it is that it also reduces the humidity so while the temperature doesn’t drop much it feels a lot cooler! I have mine vented out the window (it came with a slider that fits in the window) and it’s on wheels so if I wanted to I could move it into a different room. My dogs are very happy at bedtime!
Minnie loves to lick the recycling here too, lol.So for the past few months, probably since his trip to the hospital in January, Gavin has not been eating all his food. I often come home and most of his kibble is still in his food bowl. Sometimes his kibble from dinner is still there when I get up in the morning. He loves his 'treats', joint chewies with his gabapentin in it., and reminds me when it is time. It helps if I add a teeney bit of wet dog food in his bowl. Like he needs an overwhelming reason to start eating. I don't really have an reason top NOT add wet food, but it is still jarring to me since Gavin is a typical sheltie when it comes to food. and he will still beg for my dinner even while his is untouched. and clean out the recycling.
definitely not spoiled- only gets what he shouldI repeat. Gavin is NOT spoiled!
