I have the child covers for my Bloomsbury (UK) editions. I like them better than the adult versions of the covers. Carrying around a "child's" book doesn't bother me; heck, I still read the Chronicles of Narnia when the mood strikes.

I think there are different covers for different countries in some cases. During my Google search for the image I linked to I saw an image for one of the books as it was released in Sweden.

Feel no shame. I too have the child covers and read the Chronicles of Narnia:biggrin2:

PS back to rucksacks/backpacks I had a kid's one which I wore back to front, it was just the right size for a sheltie pup but a helper is required to tie the straps together at the back otherwise it keeps sliding off and puppy end up clinging to your neck-an experience best avoided:lol:

Mr H is a fan too. Personally I think they are lovely books and lets face it, some kids books are waaaaay better than adult ones! Plus you don't get all the explicit swearing!
