Merled Eyes?

Just thought I would post this for an FYI. There was a sable merle who won the ASSA nationals in 2006 he was BISS Am/Can CH Laureate Santana, ROMC. He was beautiful!! However he has 2 brown eyes to be able to show.
I had a sable that had a blue merling in his right eye it made him unique
He was probarly the smartest sheltie I ever owned.

Hmmmm...I sure hope the blue eyes make them smarter LOL I've got it made over here if so! I love the blue eyes, or eye, or speck...whatever I can get

I love a blue-eyed merle! It's part of what makes them so exotic! I think it was the professionally done picture of Shadow in Agility with that special look in his eyes that made me love them!
I know that this is an really old tread... But I have a sable sheltie (after sable-parents) that has a blue spot in one of her eyes.
