But ooouch. I've been delaying an extraction of a cracked tooth for over 6mths, now you've just made me even more worried about getting it out. 2hrs, I think I'd faint!

Nothing till Monday, Ron. She goes in then, hopefully. We're getting a blizzard tonight and tomorrow. It looks clear Monday so fingers crossed I can get her there! Thanks for checking!

Ann, I assume that today Checkers is still on schedule to go in for her surgery and all of us here are sending good wishes for this to be a simple surgery with zero complications....and that your beautiful Checkers will be home tonight and doing fine. Hugs to both Checkers and to you!!! :hugs

Thanks everyone. She's in now. I was surprised this morning by a new question as part of the check-in process: "If something happens, do you want us to use CPR?" Does anyone else's vet ask this?

I'll post as soon as I have news. Thanks for the good wishes for my girl!
