Well that is one excuse I have not heard yet. My gosh that poor baby being in an apartment for 8 months.... he will need some work. I hope it all works out and this guy really deserves a new home. How did you find out about him?

Don't prejudge his condition! Maybe horoscope guy had lots and lots of friends over and his apartment has a built in dog park! In any event, keep an open mind and open heart.
