Little Monty had an accident this morning and I'm not actually sure what happened, I think he may have run head first into the door while he was just, well being Monty (all I heard was a thud and found Monty laying at the door). He is currently at the vets getting xrays to see what is wrong and will also need to have front teeth removed. We are confident everything will be ok it's just always a worry when they need to go under anesthetic. He needs to get teeth removed and anything that shows up in xrays....which will hopefully be nothing (he is currently going in for the xrays now).

I just can't get a break with the poor little guy, he's going to bankrupt me.

I gope he'll be okay! Did Mr. Broccoli go with him to get the xray?

He's doing well now thnk you. The vet carried Mr Broccoli for Monty the second time he went for scans/stitches to help him feel better until he went to sleep. Monty wasn't able to hold him though because of his injured mouth.

I hope you keep a diary of all this Darren! Never mind a kids book, you could write an adult book about Monty! I could even see a movie...the movie Marley and me comes to mind! Monty’s stories would be much more interesting...
 
These little Shelties are so much work! Just amazing how well they can jump - a benchtop was nothing to Tully, and little Kismet leaps into my arms without a thought (which can be tricky when I'm not watching). I swear they have buttons that say "Really Fast" "Really high" "Stealth Ninja" and "Asleep".

:lol: I would take just having a nice peaceful life with a well behaved dog lol. I think he could give Marley a run for his money, I wonder if he seen that movie when he was a pup and it is what influenced him haha.

You are so right Caro, it's amazing how the smaller ones can reach the highest places lol. It sounds like little Kismet is going to be keeping you on your toes as well :lol:
 
Darren, I haven’t looked at posts in a long time. I am so sorry you went through all this! So glad Monty is better. He is a lovable little devil. Baby gates sound like a good idea. Glad to know he is reunited with mr. Broccoli, too.
