I love it! Can’t wait to see a picture of Monty going for a ride!Mr Accident. When carrying him the main problem at the minute is he keeps licking my ears lol. My arm gets tired because I have to hold him away from my body or he keeps stretching up so he can just lick my ear the whole time
That carrier looks great, I've had a look on Amazon and found this one below reduced, with a pouch and in Mr Broccoli colors. It says it can hold up to 8kg so it should easily support Monty (he weighed 5.1kg at the vets this week). I'll have to try and get it this weekend
. If anyone see's me walking around the home doing my chores with Monty in a backpack they'll think he finally made me lose my mind
.
8hrs to go and then I officially have the green light to let Monty loose on Mr Broccoli.

I honestly am starting to think we really are cursed!!
Little Monty had an accident this morning and I'm not actually sure what happened, I think he may have run head first into the door while he was just, well being Monty (all I heard was a thud and found Monty laying at the door). He is currently at the vets getting xrays to see what is wrong and will also need to have front teeth removed. We are confident everything will be ok it's just always a worry when they need to go under anesthetic. He needs to get teeth removed and anything that shows up in xrays....which will hopefully be nothing (he is currently going in for the xrays now).
I just can't get a break with the poor little guy, he's going to bankrupt me.

wow there are no words for this whole experience. Can I ask what a monty tantrum looks like?

Piper will bark and bite at whatever is handy if he’s mad at me...sometimes it’s just because I’m ignoring him. However I just can’t imagine a dog that will roll around on the floor barking and yappingSo it looks like the ears are a Sheltie thing
Oh Ann, I can just see me having to answer the door with a green backpack with a dog inside, a broccoli in a pouch and me wearing earmuffs.......I think I would get taken away
The backpack is next day delivery so I'm going to order on Saturday so it will come Sunday when I know I'm at home. Hopefully it's as good as it sounds
Monty has different stages of tantrum:
1. a mild one where he will just bark at you and refuse to do anything.
2. the medium one where he jumps on chairs barking and bites things if you ignore him.
3. He rolls around the floor barking, yapping, yelping....sounding like he has been badly hurt
Luckily numbers 2 and 3 don't happen so much anymore. I've been meaning to film them but it's always at a moment when you need him to be quiet so I'm too bust picking him up and trying to get him to stop it![]()
I guess.Darren now you have to stopOh Ann, I can just see me having to answer the door with a green backpack with a dog inside, a broccoli in a pouch and me wearing earmuffs.......I think I would get taken away
