Penny Has Pancreatitis

    How is Penny today? Hopefully, she will gain strength day by day!

    Did you ever find out what caused the attack? When Laddie had his attack we found out it was because I switched foods on recommendation of a friend. The fat content way WAY to HIGH! I almost lost him as he was in ICU for days. He would not eat. Finally I asked the vet if I could make a meal for him and hand feed him. That worked and he was able to come home and recover.
    Fast action on your part to get her to the vet saved her life! The attacks are horrible and you can see the pain they are in. Pancreatitis is nothing to mess with!

    Thanks for asking. She didn't want to eat her food this morning, but she scarfed down chicken! So I think we're doing ok. Daddy is gone for a while, and she really misses him!
