Prey drive/Pack drive Fight drive/Flight drive

I HAD to take this!

Lexi's results:
Prey: 74
Pack:46
Fight:17
Flight:44

Nothing surprised me too much.. she's always on the hunt for birds and rabbits

Athena, my outgoing wild child:
Prey: 45
Pack: 75
Fight: 26
Flight: 6
You couldn't ask for a better agility partner than this dog. The strong pack drive is wonderful to have

No suprises here either:

Bacca:

Prey 59
Pack 61
Fight 41
Flight 25

Indy:
Prey 61
Pack 65
Fight 44
Flight 22

The main reason they both scored so high in "Fight" was their tendency to steal their toys from each other

Old thread but I was curious on Sca's score
Prey 56
Pack 70
Fight 26
Flight 21

Not surprising other than I expected flight to be higher than fight. Sca is super non-aggressive and sure everyone is a buddy (thus the pack rating came as no surprise at all)

Neat test.

Very interesting thread, this was the first time I've ever heard of this test as well and found it all very informative! I quickly got to putting Precious to this test but am quite surprised of the results only because of the outcome of mainly her Prey instinct. I swear I thought it'd be the highest but mmm am very glad to see her Pack is highest :D:

Prey: 40
Pack: 61
Fight: 22
Flight: 45

Riley's scores:

Prey: 55
Pack: 78
Fight:30
Flight:39

I thought that his prey drive might be higher, but his pack drive us if no surprise, he wants to play and be friends with every dog he meets and is always keeping a close eye on where I am to make sure I don't get too far from him.

I have seen this test before and took it with my JRT mix years ago. I had not done it for any of my shelties. So here are the results:

Ember: prey drive 32, Pack 46, Fight 25, Flight 20.

About what I suspected of Ember she likes attention just not that pushy about it, other then chasing squirrels and rabbits she has no intesrest in toys and she isn't that reactive though she is the most reactive of my shelties and it is always a toss up in her mind if she should run or protect herself physically when push comes to shove.

Diva: prey 52, pack 67, fight 18, flight 10

again about what I suspected with Diva, she has the highest chase drive of my dogs, loves toys and tugging but she is not overly crazed and the small mammals are safe around her. She loves people to death and the snugglest of my shelties but she does not pester for attention. low reactive dog. SHe tends to freeze if she is unsure which is not often.

Justice prey 29, pack 54, fight 18 flight 3(yes 3)

I am susprised Justice's prey drive is so low, but again he likes to play fetching games but it is mostly because he is playing with me, not much of a tugger. He does everything is this world because he loves to please which I suspose is why his pack drive is so much higher than anything else. My only dog I have ever had that would work for a smile and a good boy. He is very low reactive but will fight back if pushed. I can honestly say I have never seen him run from anything. He is such a confident dog which is what made him such a great preformance dog.

This is really neat, so I finally sat down to evaluate. Here are mine:

Bentley:
Prey: 40
Pack: 46
Fight: 30
Flight: 9

I am surprised that Bentley's prey drive is as high as it is. He doesn't like toys, or chase a ball. But, he does hate bikes...so I guess that's where it comes from.

Lexi:
Prey: 57
Pack: 48
Fight: 15
Flight: 30

Lexi's is about right. I expected prey to be high and fight to be low. The pack thing is iffy because she is super close to DH, Bentley and I, but not so much everyone else.
