Sally is safe!!!

I have to say you did well, you got so many points across about all her positive features and now we know about your Angels group and Sally was a perfect little lady. Bravo to you both.

That wasn't me! I would have too much stage fright to go on tv! Beth is one of the core members of the rescue and did a great job talking about Sally and the rescue. She acts in local plays so she's comfortable in front of a tv audience. Beth is such a wonderful person.

Give yourself a big pat on the back for getting Sally to this point. Now, hopefully she will get a great home with someone soon.

Sally is probably going to be adopted on Sunday as long as the home check goes ok. I think this is going to be the perfect home for Sally. The adopter is a disabled woman that has had a Sheltie and a Sheltie mix before. She can walk but, needs a quiet calm dog because she can't go for long walks. I'm not sure if she works. Maybe she's on disability because it sounds like she's home all the time. Anyway it sounds like just the right person for Sally. Oh, I'm going to miss her so much though! Even my husband who rarely comments on such things said "I'm going to miss her. I love that little dog!".

Oh gosh SO glad to hear this good news. Let us know what happens. Please give Sally Belle a hug from me as she goes on to her new life. Sounds like a good placement. YAY!!!!

Sally went to her new home yesterday. I really like, Joyce, the lady that adopted her. She is 49 and doesn't work due to her disability. And she lives with her elderly mother. Sally Belle has 2 nice ladies to keep her company. She's going to be showered w/ all the love and attention a dog could want. She lives at the end of a quiet neighborhood street with a huge yard. I miss Sally but, I feel good about the home she's in.
