She’s here.....

Nice that you can go to an outdoor restaurant especially with Meadow! Perhaps it’s an age thing, of course Covid doesn’t help things. There are a few restaurants here that have patios in summer that allow dogs, great idea! Of course here you’d need some pretty powerful heaters to sit outside lol...going to have a week of bitter weather! This evening was the coldest so far for Blueberry being outside. She’d spent too much time barking at Finnie and her paws got cold...first time ever so she started biting at them. Got her in the house and we tried again later. It’s those darned poops, Piper will poop on command...great at dog shows lol but Blueberry isn’t quite there yet lol.
Bitter cold here too! Both Baron and Beau will go on command... 2-1/2 years later and Liam still won’t! It’s a crap shoot on if they will or won’t! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
But it will help if you can train her to do it especially since you want to show her! Love that face!

Got woken up at 7:10 am to a whimpering cry. I looked at the clock and just lay there hoping she’d go back to sleep...nope. Opened her crate door and said good morning and Blueberry started barking at me as if to say ‘what took you so long???’ Meanwhile I’m still half asleep :sleepy::sleepy::lol:
-25 C and this girl went fast! In and out in less that 3 minutes! Lol

Another similarity between Liam and Finnie Gloria...no matter how hard I tried to teach Finnie and tell him to go poop he’d be more interested in the treat in my hand and not go! Even now I don’t know if he understands me when I tell him to go..it’s hit or miss with him too!

Another cold week coming up - and it is snowing here, yet again with a potential storm brewing for Sunday. It snowed here every day except yesterday which was beautiful!

Brodie is the 'hold it' champ. The other day he went something like 14 or 15 hours without peeing because every time I'd take him out, he'd play in the snow. He likes to go at home. For ages, he'd do the boys 'pee-pee dance' at class, but then hold it, refusing to use the potty area, preferring to wait until we drove home after class. It wasn't until this past December, talking to a friend outdoors after agility, that he not only peed, but lifted his leg. Kooper is exact opposite, he pees a little here, little htere. With his kidneys showing age, he goes more often and takes a number of times to get it all out. He's deaf so no way he'd pee on command anyway - but even if he heard, he's a dachshund and listening to others is not a strong point. :)

Happy girl - Happy mom!!!!
You got that right! She was good and tired when we got there. They don’t allow you to go in so I called and they said they’d send someone out soon for her. Our appointment was at 330...
I took her out of her crate expecting them to come out shortly. As I held her she quickly fell asleep...I was holding her for 35 minutes! That’s how long it took for someone to come out. I don’t mind holding her especially when she’s cuddly but my arm was getting really sore! Lol
She did do really good however and was an instant hit with everyone.
