She’s here.....

Thanks, ya I’m the dehydrator lady:ROFLMAO:...nothing store bought lol! I actually have started questioning using peanut butter for the dogs cookies etc because apparently peanuts can have the aflatoxin as well!
I’ve read almond butter is better. Granted my guys don’t get much but I do use it in a lick mat and I figure it’s not worth the risk.
speaking of dehydrator- how's the new one holding up?

I love it. No problems at all. I dehydrated chicken breast in maybe 8-9 hours...nice and dry. Apple chips only took maybe 6 hours. Over the course of 3 days I dehydrated chicken breast, 2 beef roasts, pork tenderloin and a pork roast as well as 3 pounds of apples. It’s amazing the Excavator dehydrator...my only regret is not getting a bigger one but I got this one at such a good price I’m ok with it. I wouldn’t use any other kind...also has a 5 year warranty. Nesco was 1 year.

I certainly don’t know anyone as conscientious as you are for providing your dogs with the best and healthiest diet! Boy, are they lucky to have ended up in your home!

oh Lisa- it was this little raccoon that was in the another thread :ROFLMAO:

Congratulations on your very own little "Blueberry" - How adorable she is
Thank you Hanne! The past 3 days have been a whirlwind...so busy even when we don’t go out! Some of my time is spent just watching her play and play and play.
She’s such a good puppy in the sense that she was litter box trained and has just taken to going on the pee pads, with the cold (was -10 today) she really hates going outside and she shuts down for a bit after going out. I’m going to wait a week or so until she’s more used to it here. She even refuses a treat after going out so how is it helping to teach her anything?
My first winter puppy will probably be my only winter puppy! Lol

Introducing Dyniques Crystal Blue Persuasion (Blueberry).
Perfect day for a highway drive...-25 C and clear, very nice drive. After meeting with the breeder, her dogs and Blueberry we left for home. She was very quiet on the drive home and even after we got home she wasn’t quite ready to come out of her shell. Piper met her first, he was a perfect gentleman. I then put her in ex pen to meet Finnie as I didn’t know how he’d react. He was very unsure as to just what she was, lots of barking. I left her in ex pen while we had supper and then took her (and other dogs) upstairs where she really came to life as you can see in video!
Too cold to take her out to potty yet but she did at least do all her business on pee pads (she is litter box trained)! Quite the little barker...I’m thinking I may have my hands full with this one:ROFLMAO:! But the fur on her...she has a better coat than Finnie!
It’s been very busy since I got home at 330 with her and this is honestly the first chance I’ve had to sit! She’s currently having a nap in her crate, she cried a bit then fell fast asleep...peace and quiet!
As you can see she already has the boys wrapped around her paws lolView attachment 17154View attachment 17155 View attachment 17156View attachment 17157 View attachment 17158
ADORABLE !!!!!!!!!!!

Oh boy I think her in the middle of the BIG dog bed is a sign of things to come. She is just darling, super cute and looks spunky as all get-out. If you're not settled on Blue - how about Violet? I love her registered name - I'm old enough to know that song too!
Strange I didn't see this under new posts...not the first time its not showing me all of them...
Blueberry loves that bed and poor Finnie just lets her have it lol. He's really surprised me at just how good he's handling the new addition. When I first introduced her to them he was the one that reacted the strongest...hackles up, barking at her...had me worried! This lasted all of maybe 5 minutes and suddenly she's a little diva to him:lol:
