Southern Sheltie Get Together~

Bandanas all got delivered today.I hope they fit,as I had the lady make them all the same. They are 18".

She thought that one that size would fit Earnhardt, but it isn't happining. So there was fabric left over,I'll just cut one myself.

But they are really cute~:wink2:

Quick favor

In light of reading about Bailey's issues, and Lexi's still unsolved stomach issues, I'd like to ask that no one feed Lexi any treats (if they can help it--she's a total scavenger!) while we're at the get together without asking me first.

I figure probably no one would anyways, but I thought I'd ask just to be safe. :smile2:

Thanks in advance!

Not a problem Ashely. All of her treats will be in her gift bag. They are all homemade by the way.

If my week calms a bit,I will post the recipes in treat thread for everyone to have.

Bottled water is a good idea as well.

MMM really "ran" for Sunday and Monday.

Just a thought.

(Oh sorry again for nosing in on a thread that really doesn't concern me, but I am hoping for another Freudian Slip while Michele is typing in "hurry mode.":lol:)

Yes, after what poor Bailey went through, I definitely recommend bottled water and ask the dog's owners before any treats are given or let everyone know if your dog as a sensitive stomach / food allergy. (although, I don't think the treats were the cause of Bailey's issue)

As I type this,I cannot tell you how tired I am,but I am going to try to re-read before I hit submit! lol

It's so nice to be loved!:biggrin2:

We do have well water here, but yes please folks, whatever it takes to make your babes comfy, and you with peace of mind.

After all we don't want any upset bellys on the rides home.

Well twiddle~

My son being the lucky little twiddle that he is,this past week won DAYTONA tickets. Not one,nor 2..but 4 tickets. This included pit passes.

The last time I spoke with Eric,he said he was going to sell the tickets on Ebay, and they were coming on Saturday just the same.

Well I'm guessing,Eric whined & cried..he is so spoiled.Lynn caved. So they are leaving Friday and they are Daytona bound.
This is 2x in the last few weeks,Eric has won race tickets. As they went to the Coca Cola 600.

So BBQ is off the menu, but still will be plenty of food to eat.
