plz forgive me im a bit of a noobie with the titles, i actually had to go google "CD" to know what it stood for, was thinking it stood for, "crazy dog" title...would so win that easily
so yesterday i did my pretest for novice I, and my instructor said i could probably get his CD,
well the word that stuck out in my mind was "probably" meaning...maybe if he did something better,
So im thinking he needs to work on his automatic sits an sit next to me instead of off to the side,
next his attention span, gosh this ones hard cause he's not even 1 yrs old yet. what happens is if im walking towards the direction of people, he sees them, i do an "about face" and he's still focused on those people,
next when we run, he gets all jumpy and thinks its play time....and he loves to play,
those are the only problems i can think of.

and Bandit of course. I'm afraid I have not been doing obedience long and certainly not any tests, so I can't give any advice about how to keep them focused, but sounds like you are on the right track.
