This is just awful!

Ugh! What is WITH people! Even if they want to abandon their pets can't they pick a more humane method?? Isn't is basic human decency to leave the dog with a proper shelter? Or maybe I'm naive to assume that all people care for and love their pets. :mad: Why keep an animal just to throw it out the window of a moving car?

But could you get their name? Surely there is peaceful and legal ways to shame someone still.

I doubt anyone that would toss a dog out a window would reclaim the pup (though you probably have seen things that would make me :confused2:). Even if you had the window down and the pup jumped (STRONGLY doubt it) then anyone would immediately be stopping to save their wounded pup. It was by malice.

Let me take them for a ride !! Those sons of ##%%$% !! :mad: That poor dear Sheltie, I cry just knowing how much pain she must be in because of these so called people. Can't this be brought before a judge on an emergency basis to have this poor dog treated?? My prayers are with this poor dear . May St. Francis watch over her and comfort her.:cry:

That just isn't right !! I would defy this law and go to jail holding on to this pup if need be. If they get her back I hope someone follows them and throws them down a frigin shaft or something. These people are not even human . They deserve prison is what they deserve.:mad:
 
Bless Doll Baby's little heart! In Knoxville, there was a dragging inciden. The perpetrator was charged and will be tried. Google Justice for Little Brown Dog. Sometimes we can see justice done, and sometimes we can't. For now, I'll pray for Baby Doll's full recovery. :yes:
 
Such senseless evil! If someone didn't want this sweet girl anymore, why not just take her to the shelter, or call the local sheltie rescue. For crying out loud, what is wrong with people.

Surely if she just "fell" or "jumped" out the window of the car her owner would have stopped and went back for her. I don't think you'll have anyone coming to claim her. Bless her heart, she'll be better off now, even with the pain she has to deal with.

I hope there is a speacial place in Hell for people who do that kind of thing.

The "rules" really, really, really need to be changed. This baby needs help NOW and any SOB that throws a animal away like trash should never, EVER be allowed to touch her again or any other animal! :mad::mad:
 
regarding owners potentially claiming the dog back, it seems unlikely but if they try, am sure there are plenty of nice statements could be made in such cases- something to the degree, oh yeah, thank you for your names, now we could proceed with documented case of animal abuse and neglect, and BTW we are sending copies with your full names to every newspaper in your city, your kids school, your work place etc...
some humans do not deserve animals and do not deserve to be humans, I believe in Karma, it will come around.
 
Happy news for Doll Baby!

Her owners contacted the shelter inquiring about her. They identified her by her chip number. She was left in a fenced back yard while the mom made a quick trip to the store. During the time she was gone it stormed and "taffy" got out through a small dip in the bottom of the fence. The people who had her in the car on I-95 had just picked her up, they had no leash and weren't too dog wise to keep windows open so she could jump out of their car window... We have no way of knowing what their intentions were regarding the dog so it was just as well that she did jump....and the rest of the story you already know. This little girl had lots of Angels looking after her..
The owners were grateful for the care she was given and made a donation to rescue to cover the amount of the emergency vet bill.. Taffy was very glad to see her owners as were they to see her. All is well that ends well....
