My sister has a stroller for her two dogs. It's like the ones you see attached to the back of a bicycle but it's got the attachment (the handle...she bought it separately) that turns it into the stroller. It was pricey but it rolls really easy, low to the ground and has a zippered screen that allows them to see out but not get out. Also cup holders too!
