What are your shelties top sleeping spots

Layla starts at my feet. She winds up on my head or on the floor. If she's sleeping in, she crawls under the bed where Colonel Underpants can't get her.

Colonel Underpants sleeps in DS's bathroom, unless DH is gone. Then he's "the man of the house" and sleeps in his spot with his head on the pillow.

Bitsy Boodle often stays downstairs where it's cooler. Still, I sometimes find her next to my bed along the wall. If there's a thunderstorm, she's on the bed, being held until the catastrophe passes.

Annie Laurie starts off on the floor next to DH. Sometime in the night, she moves onto the bed, plastered against me. As breakfast approaches, she creeps onto DH's chest.

Huckleberry sleeps plastered next to Ds (also known as the woman who swore she'd never sleep with a dog).

Talk about an expensive bed!!

My 15 year old, Wendell, sleeps on the chaise lounge in my bedroom.

I bought that piece of furniture thinking it would make a nice reading spot . . . Wendell thought otherwise!

My other 5 Shelties sleep all over my bedroom (on dog beds, in crates, under my bed, on the a/c vents, in my bed etc.) But they always stay in my bedroom with me at night.

Zak starts out on the bed, then on his bed or the bathroom floor. Then around 5:00 the gets back in bed with us.
When it is colder he is our bed longer and sometimes right up between us.

Maggie is now in an xpen due to her age- almost 17 and this keeps her safe, but she used to sleep with us right next to her dad. She started falling off the bed so we now put her in an xpen.

Before I went to a double bed around the time I got Natalie, I had an antique iron bed that was my Dad's. It was high off the floor, high enough the dogs could walk under it. If I lost Emma and Liam (and even Noah), all I had to do was lift the bedspread and find them. It was their cave.
