Shelby would always “clean her whiskers” after eating by rubbing along all the furniture. Hollie did this as well but she would rub her face on the carpet! They are the only dogs I have ever had that did this.

I hate tics, and Lyme disease even more. We live in tic heaven, lots of trees, deer chipmunks etc. It is inevitable that one if not all of us end up with at least 1 tic and a round of doxycycline. We should just have a prescription on hand at all time.

That is beautiful! After Shelby passed away last year my mom had felties of Shelby and Hollie made for us. I can’t imagine how much work goes into making these. Ours also look 100% like our girls did. It was one of the best gifts we every received.

Those darn tics are nasty. My husband had Lyme last year from a tic that was only on him a few hours. He was pretty ill. I had 2 of them on me this year fortunately I was OK. They are everywhere. Hope you are OK.
