Dog Wheelchair

OH it made my heart glad to see Gavin enjoying himself tremendously. What a trooper he is to go right into the water. I love his little happy barks too. Thanks for sharing. Gavin has a great life!

we were back at the beach yesterday and Gavin was acting like a normal dog..stalking people with balls while barking his head off...
And refusing to leave said people with the chuck-it and ball until I leashed him (which is way easier when you can outrun and catch your dog!)

he had at least 2 hours of fun...and he took a spill! totally flipped his cart. it was non recoverable, I had to completely undo and then redo his harness!

we met a couple with a blind and deaf aussie...total sweetheart :) she even goes in the water a bit now.

Wow, he must've been having a lot of fun to take a spill in his wheelchair!
Must've been so heartwarming to see him having such a good time, I
bet he slept good when you got home!

What a wonderful outing for your boy!! It just makes all your effort worth it, doesn't it? It's why we returned Brooke to Nosework. She just loves it and depriving her of it when she seems physically OK at this point just seemed awful.

Eli has not been to the beach yet in his life, we need to take him soon and see if he'll go in the water - he sure loves to stomp through mud puddles (such a BOY!! :rolleyes2:  ).
