Dog Wheelchair

Gavin is adjusting to having me home...and he definitely is a hungry boy!
No visits last night, but we did snuggle on the couch.

My SIL refers to that picture as his tinder profile pic!
He is so very photogenic, and so patient with me taking his picture.
I have hundred of pictures of him at the grand canyon, the beach, and on other trips.

Gavin is beautiful! I also love mahogany sables...much prefer Piper's colouring over Finnie's.
I find that Piper is getting darker with age. Had a fellow Sheltie lady ask me if he'd gotten darker, said he looked almost black!

Piper is indeed a beautiful mahogany sable. I think his coloring is getting deeper with age.

I have no idea why I feel this way... but, there just seems to be a dignity about a sheltie with a mahogany coloring.
You just don’t see them very often.
One of my oldest picture was of Mr Chance. He looked so magnificent to me.

This is why I live vicariously through Gavin!

3 of my 4 shelties have been mahogany sables... guess i thought it was common
me too:yes:
Callie was a rescue- funny thing - at the agility trial on Sat we ran into the lady who runs the sheltie rescue that Callie came from. It had been years since I'd seen her- only met her that one time so I would never have known her. she asked about Jocu as we walked by so we stopped to visit- she was there to visit another sheltie person who got a puppy a few months ago. I had to tell her that they'd left for the day but we visited for a while.
Dixie and Cran came from the same breeder but I definitely didn't think it was an uncommon color.
