Famous Seamus

I am so sorry.... He had a wonderful life and a wonderful family. No dog could ask for a better life. I will miss hearing about your special guy but know he is running free now. I hope he stops to spend some time with my Maddie and Louie. You are in my prayers.

Oh Kate....I have tears in my eyes reading this. I am so so so very sorry. My heart goes out to you and your DH.

Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you guys during this time.

Oh my....these things are so hard. Seamus was so lucky to have such loving, caring parents.

Hello everyone. It is with great sorrow that I tell you that Seamus died today. As I write these words to you I can barely believe what I am saying. It seems not true to me and his Daddy yet.

Seamus did not suffer, his body was tired and worn out and he went to sleep in his Daddy's arms at the vets'.

I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for your encouragement and support throughout these months.

My little Seamus is finally free to run again, like the wind. The last few nights he was running his legs in his sleep just like old times where his reality couldn't touch his dreams or his spirit.

Oh crap, this is difficult.

Best,
Kate

Dear St. Francis,

Did you see the perfect little Sheltie race to Rainbow Bridge yesterday? If you looked closely, you might have caught a glimpse of the wheelchair his Daddy built for him, just before the curtain fluttered closed. Did you ever see a boy run and leap with such freedom and joy? I know you caught him as he leaped into your arms, coat gleaming, eyes sparkling. Remind him, please, that it will seem but the twinkling of an eye before he sees his beloved family come to walk with him across the Bridge. Comfort them as they mourn, and remind them of all the joy Seamus brought into their lives.
In His name we ask,
Amen

Kate, I am so sorry for the passing of Seamus. He was very a special boy. Take comfort in knowing that you went above and beyond to make him comfortable. -Randi

Just wanted to send you and your family a ton of hugs. I'm sorry for your loss and I know nothing I say nor do will lessen the pain you feel right now. Just know that you guys are in my thoughts.

Kate I am so very sorry for your loss of this boy you loved so much. Please pass on my condolences to your husband at this difficult time. Seamus is looking down on you with love and thanking you for a grand life.

Chris I just read your poem and it was just lovely, hard to type this through the tears. You sure have a way with words.
