Thanks Margi, I'm going to ask for everything so I can show another vet when I get a second opinion. I need to now so little Monty doesn't scare everyone like this ever again!

I've never really thought about Mr B. He has had him all this time and is so gentle (except for squeaking him) so he's never really got to the stuffing. It's still another thing to look at if we can't find answers!

That is the best news ever. Totally made my day! I am so happy for you and Monty & Mr B!! And so relieved. As others have said, I was really really worried, but I know that is nothing compared to how worried you were!then he started squeaking Mr B
Just curious. Is the steroid Monty is getting Dexamethasone?

Prednazone is used for allergies but it is also used for viruses on people. Both essentially kick start your system to burn the issue out.

Mr. B could always be re-stuffed with something hypo allergenic if that be the case. I'm sure the B wouldn't mind!

Tully's on steroids all the time, only thing that was keeping her stable. Better watch you benches and table tops!

That's right Caro...we all know how talented Monty is at getting things off the counter!
My last dog Daisy (a Cocker Spaniel) was on steroids for the last 2 years of her life and man was she good at stealing food! She'd take food off my moms tray faster than you could see it and her stare....my mom still remembers it!
