Monty's getting stronger

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:Oh.My.Goodness:lol::lol::lol:
I'm dying here laughing soooo hard:lol:....guess you forgot to give your friend instructions on how dangerous Monty is! It's like giving someone a loaded gun;):ROFLMAO: and not telling them how to use it lol!
I'm guessing next time you'll leave that retractable leash in the car lol...
Perhaps have some cards printed up with Monty instructions lol.

OMG Darren.....Monty is making up for lost time! He's trying to catch up for weeks of not misbehaving big time LOL!! I'm sorry, what a bummer for you to have to cover all that damage and food :eek2: but oh my, I am still laughing picturing it. I think Monty must be part cat with the climbing...never heard of a Sheltie that does it! I can just see the illustration now for his next book of Monty on the table, Mr. B in the bowl and a crowd gathered round..... :yes:

OMG I laughed like crazy over this new story, but I do feel for you having to pay for the mayhem. Your friend must have been embarrassed, Monty, not so much. Good thing the lady whose plate Mr. B landed in had a sense of humor. I agree with Ann; Monty is making up for lost time!

OMG!
Monty Mayhem once again!
Sorry, I had to laugh!:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
I am sure it wasn’t too funny at the time! Thank goodness the people impacted my Monty’s mayhem took it in stride! Even if your pocket book was impacted! No more retractable leash for you, Monty!;)

when my first dog was a puppy, the times that I had to go to the bathroom and left the puppy with someone else to watch were the times that there were accidents.....
I tried to do better with the shelties and only really had one issue when Cranberry was a puppy...
there's a post somewhere on here about it but the short story is we were visiting family who have a farm- Cran and their dog were playing - we were all outside and I thought it would be ok to run inside and use the bathroom. when I came out minutes later, their dog was heading for the field and Cran was following. I called him and he came running like the good sheltie that he is and got lots of cookies. my relatives were very impressed but still never trained their dog/s.......

Just imagine the stories being told now about Monty's exploits...it'll spread faster than CoVid!

I love that Lisa "it's like giving someone a loaded gun" :ROFLMAO: he had been timid of people and laying sleeping....I thought what could go wrong....I've never been that embarrassed in a LONG TIME, I'll not be going back for a while.
It looks like Monty jumped up to see what they were doing and he has to drop Mr B to sniff soooo dropped him on her plate. The shock of them shouting made him try to run away which knocked over the drink and smashed the glass. Everyone was staring at me like it was my fault....I wasn't there and Monty is supposed to be sick lol. All the excitement tired him out so he lay sleeping while I had to get scoulded by the manager for all th chaos. Do you all remember when I said I miss the trouble and want it back....well I think I may change that statement :lol:
His climbing has gone worse than ever for some reason, just today I've lifted him off the couch 3 times, chair twice, dinner table once, bath 3 times, beds countless times, small living room table once....I would love to know why he doesn't want to stay on the ground lol.

LOL I think you're right, be careful who you leave them with! I love that he came running back with no problems, what a good boy. If that was me and I didn't have Mr Broccoli to squeak Monty would have ignored me and kept running...

I dread to think what they saying about it all.....someone let his dog jump on our table and drop a toy in our lunch..then smash a glass..we looked around and the owner was standing like a idiot in the doorway just staring at us with a look of shock rather than coming to help.......:rolleyes2:
