Not again!

Thanks for the suggestions again everyone. Monty is the best jumper I've known and he loves climbing so has no fear. When he gets a run up, 2 / 3 /4 feet are nothing to him. If he feels he can't make a jump he will climb onto the nearest object so he has a boost :rolleyes2: lol.
Those doors look perfect Trini, I'm going to have a look at putting a few together, worth a try and will come in helpful for many things. My only slight worry is Monty could throw himself into it if he feels he can't get through but there's a chance he may have learned now that bouncing off walls/doors do not end well for him.
I'm just picking him up now and taking him with me when-ever I leave the room. He is very light so I can just hold him in one arm while I do what-ever it is that needs doing. He has actually been fine with me doing that so it may help short term.
The lack of broccoli is really not going down well so I'm praying I get the go ahead on Tuesday night to give him back to Monty. He has also started licking/chewing on the bald patch on his leg that they shaved. It's has gone bumpy and red so I bandaged it again but he keeps pulling it off :gaah. This dog is such hard work :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

I think he's telling you that you have to take him with you everywhere..........................

I actually really do think that is a large part of it. The other part is he is just a %$%$ :ROFLMAO:. He can be laying in his bed "asleep" so you just quickly go into the other room and when you come back......he's either on top of something or something has been killed lol.

Just be glad that he allows you to live in his house.

Monty has been back to the vet today. He had to stay in for more scans to make sure everything is ok after hitting his head so hard. It still didn't highlight anything serious so thankfully he's all clear.
They've checked his teeth (or lack of them :rolleyes2:) and jaw and everything except a small section is starting to heal. They've had to put a few more stitches in that one area to help with the healing which means he can't carry Mr Broccoli for another 48hrs. Everything is looking good though for a big Thursday reunion, I'm thinking a few candles, a little incense, maybe some slow music for the two of them......actually I better not, with Montys luck he'll probably set himself alight with the candles :rolleyes2: The hardest part of it all has been keeping the two of them apart, it really has broke his little heart, I even sat for a while and explained to him why he couldn't have Mr Broccoli.....I think he only understood the sit part at the start

Thank you so much everyone for all the help, advice and support :hugs

OMG Darren, I had such a good laugh at your description of Monty and Mr. B's prospective reunion!!!

That is good news for sure, that there are no long-lasting effects from Monty's latest "adventure." I hope his remaining stitches stay in and he forgives you for the temporary separation from his beloved Mr. B. Because we all know what he can get up to if he doesn't!!! :uhoh:

:yuckyuck Reasonably good news., except for being deprived of Mr. B for a bit longer. That little bugger better behave himself, now!

And, you are so welcome!!!

I was thinking more along the lines of "My Endless Love" playing, with candles lit, while Monty stares lovingly at Mr. B.

Darren, hope your editing skills are honed, you know we all want something good..... Margi could probably sing along or write some lyrics and a song of her own.
