I was very happy to see she went through her surgery well! Must’ve been a stressful day in that household!

I bet they were crazy worried. So glad to see she got through it fine, phew!!!! She is just the cutest thing and what a nice family.

Thanks so much for sharing that info on Cricket Gloria! I was wondering how she was doing!
As an aside, I was wondering why so expensive…I googled the vet hospital and it is operated by VCA so a corporate vet. Give me my small locally owned veterinary hospital over these corporate owned where they have no say in what they charge. Your probably looking at 30% higher costs at these places. Not to say you don’t get great care but it’s big business getting involved in the care of animals because they know people will pay whatever it takes to get their animals better.

This was fabulous to see Gloria and must give you some comfort about Beau's surgery. She looks great the day after, slower of course, but eating and resting well. And the VCA part is a bummer, because our wonderful vet hospital, where I worked as a tech 30 years ago, is becoming a VCA place and I know the price will really go up.

That really is a long one. Poor girl. I know how worried you are about Beau but Cricket is older and came through so well, I am sure Beau will do just fine Gloria.
