Koji and Miko will love these!!!

We're having a party for one of the dogs at agility. It's tonight. I'm debating on making these at work. Hmmmmm.........3 hours, huh? If I can get them in the oven by 1pm, I'm good. Do you think people would care that I'm doing this? Hmmmm. This is going to be hilarious! I'm going to make treats at work.

Roxie & Forrest say thanks for the recipe!

Made these last night, easy peasy. The dogs really liked them, Roxie chewed them up like jerky, Forrest gobbled more than he chewed. I have a mandoline type slicer I think I'll try next time, they are hard to slice (tho after Thanksgiving, I know now most of my knives are seriously dull).

Thanks for the easy & healthy recipe!

oh, dont worry about not knowing. no biggie. im *pretty* sure sweet potatoes are the white ones. yams are the yellowy/orangey colored ones. though i think a lot of stores stores actually sell the same thing for both yams and sweet potatoes.

Thanks so much for the info. I picked up a yam today and will give that a try. Sure is cost effective, and healthy too!

They are both sweet potatoes- yams are completely different and not commonly found in US grocery stores- maybe in specialty stores.

That's article is interesting, and makes me wonder if the yams we have here in Canada are actually the darker orange sweet potato. The yams are readily available here in all the grocery and produce stores.
