Sally is safe!!!

God, aren't the senior dogs just great??? So grateful and loving. THANK YOU big time for following through for Miss Sally. It probably would not have ended well, otherwise. I loved the mental picture of her standing with her bowl in her mouth.

Someone must have loved her at some point, who knows what happened.

You must just love fostering this sweet girl!!!
 
Sally's blood work came back good. So I guess it's up to the rescue's vet team to decide if the tumor should be removed.
 
She is a happy girl! Yesterday she even felt good enough to do some digging in the backyard. Thankfully, she picked a good spot, not near the plants I care about. I'm not sure if she was digging a place to nap or looking for the chipmunks that live back there. Finley has given up on herding the chipmunks. The most he will do now is bark into their holes.
 
Maybe Sally is looking for some lost treasure…. Don’t blame her… she’s already found heaven on earth in your care and your home. Should be some treasure around the backyard somewhere. :) Chipmunks are fun too!!!! Watch mommy’s plants little Sally Belle... Hugs.
 
Sounds like she is getting her strength back. If she was digging for chipmunks she had a nice hole to nap in after all of that tiring work. :smile2:
 
I have just so enjoyed catching up on Sally. I love her bright, curious eyes. Please give this dear one a hug from me! :hugs
 
Too cute. Looks so refreshing...seems like life is really good for Sally now. Thank you- i know you are being blessed.
 
Sally's bath in the lake really energized her. She sure is telling you something. Love how her body jumps when she barks. Life is good for Sally Belle!
