My husband has a unique sense of humor (He's a Newfie for you Canucks!).... Our neighbor talked to him about breeding his akitas, I mentioned they had 9 puppies.... Before the breeding had 'taken', hubby said he wanted to sneak Deacon over for a 'play-date' and wouldn't they be surprised! Hubby said they could call them Shakitas....

a yorkipoo is a mix between a Pekingese and a Poodle- don't think so....
schnoodles- award winning show dogs????

so technically only 17 mixes as whoever is in charge of quality control let the Australian Shepherd get counted twice- Aussiedoodle at 1:21 and Australian doodle at 8:48................I like the brick wall emojis

I’ve tried to convince people who I thought were smart why they shouldn’t buy from puppy mills but they just don’t get it.

Who in their right mind would breed a Siberian Husky with a Poodle???
All I was thinking as I watched that video was WHY???

We mentioned doodle crosses in Glenn's post about popular breeds, but I just had to post separately after meeting yet ANOTHER crazy combo. A Bordadoodle - Border Collie and Poodle. OMG. This adorable fluffy black and white puppy absolutely dragged his owner over to see me after I said "Oh how cute" when I saw them. I said "What kind of doodle is he?" and I admit was kinda stunned at the answer.

His owner, a petite and thin lady already knows she's got her hands full. She said he loves people but is just "so, so energetic" . Well yeah, uh.... that would be the BC part. She seemed a bit overwhelmed and this dog is only 4 months old. SIGH. It just seems like a situation ripe for disappointment on both of their parts!

Hope I'm not being too pessimistic. But if I EVER meet a Sheltie/poodle cross I'm really gonna keel over...
