Some of them are really cute! I just shake my head at the idea of "designer" dogs for outrageous prices.

They have turned mutts into cash I guess. As I’ve said before what happens to the ones that don’t turn out the way the ”mutt breeder” wants are they turned into a shelter?

Yes it's sad. We were very lucky with Heidi the Sheltie/ Spitz. But she came to us through a very good rescue group. And she was a wonderful little girl.bright as a shiny new penny and gentle.and thank goodness she didn't back up to trees to weedle like the Spitz does lol

It started with Labs and Poodles, so Labradoodles is what they were called. So now all the crosses with Poodles are called XXXXXdoodle.
