Urgent! FOUND COLLIE. Need advice & info ASAP

Well you obviously found an awesome foster for that poor collie.:yes:

May the person that neglected and starved that poor baby grow boils on her behind and have violent explosive diarrhea every time she sees a dog or goes past a pet store. And may dogs parade past her every hour and may there be 10 pet stores between her house and where she works.
:mad:

Whoa! Great curse!!!:dead:

Thank you, its a gift/skill. I have my maternal grandfather to thank for the skill. He had a STRONG aversion to bad language; he wouldn't even say dang-it. Anyway, he caught me calling my brother a poophead one day (not sh!t...poop) and told me that bad language was a sign of a poor education or a poor imagination and sent me to my room with the dictionary. He told me not to come out until I had phrased a worthy put-down for my brother. It took me a while, but this is what I concocted:

"You miserable excuse for a human being; how dare you insult a lady of my dignity. You were born in a flood of ignorance and are not worthy to kiss the ground upon which I stand. If my words are too copious for your meager comprehension, consult a dictionary you sawed-off, hammered-on, knock-kneed, pigeon-toed MONKEY!"

:rolleyes2::lol:

Thanks Grandpa Bayler!

What a great story! I think I would have loved your grandpa! My grandpa on the other hand, could cuss enough to make your ears blister! No proper learning there! :lol:

Update on the Chirstmas Collie

I just got an email from Hilda, the lady that runs the collie rescue, about the Christmas collie that I found. He is doing well. Gaining weight and even playing with the other dogs. He even has a bark (I thought he was debarked, but he was just so weak, he could not bark) She managed to get all the mats out, without having to shave him. He still does not have a home, but I pray, now that he looks so handsome someone will want him.

(oh and his 'owner' was found a month later and contacted Hilda, but thankfully relinquished him to her care. The owner said that the day I found him, is the day that he got loose! Imagine! How can they even admit to keeping him in such a horrible , deplorable state?!! And the kicker is, that if the owner wanted him back, by law, she would have had to give him back. The only thing I can say, is the the collie had angels around him and God on his side, that the owner decided she did not want him anymore)

Here is one picture of him from December, and two from February:
