Why will Monty only drink milk

In our house it's Sprite, aka Bossypaws. She has us all wrapped around her little paw, even her doggie housemates. She's perfected the Imperial Bark.
But will she bark at you like she has to go out NOW just so you can go to the door open it and have her look at you like "I don't want to go out wherever did you get that idea, servant?"

I think all of ours have us totally trained, we just don't know it lol.
Piper has trained my mom in so many things...he gets banana EVERY morning from her (him and Finnie get 1/3 of it:ROFLMAO:), she showed Piper how to get on her bed (bench at foot of bed) and when I took Finnie for his massage this morning Piper jumped up to say GOOD MORNING!!! :notworthy::sneaky: and give kisses lol (my 91 yr old mom hates that hahaha) and he's trained her that when he wants cuddles she MUST pick him up no matter what she was doing!
And really, they're smart dogs...you NEVER show them how to do something you don't want them to do:ROFLMAO:!!!

lol It's funny how all our Shelties manage to find a way to train us all to be their servants. It has to be their personalities combined with just how intelligent they are! By the looks of it though Spitfire is who Monty wants to be, but he still has a little ways to go yet. I miss the quiet reserved Monty of a few months ago :lol:

Oh yes, she does that for sure. She has a whole vocabulary of single Imperial Barks which she delivers standing right in front of me...when it's meal time (or she thinks it is), when it's treat time, time to get up or time to go bed, and heaven forbid if I'm late with our afternoon B-A-L-L game. (I can't even type it, I'm sure she can read over my shoulder...). :rolleyes2:

OMG, Ann... I can just visualize you typing and getting the stink eye :cautious: from Bossypaws... “What the heck are you doing? Paying attention to that darn phone over ME!” How rude of you!!!
