Ha ha, I have been readin the messages below and find them very funny and very descriptive of my Megan as well. She will start obedience in January and from what I am reading, she'll be the "nerd and police and herder" of class :yes:

BUT, I am going to a class that specializes and loves Shelties, so I should be good! :razz:

I always call Toffee the FUN POLICE!
Him and Scotty play great together with the wrestling and his friend Roxy, the Kelpie look-a-like (good size fer him) that's all... but god forbid those other two play with ANOTHER breed... it drives him crazy, LOL Toffee is such a dork :)

Oh, I know this well. Last night the course was set up and Koji was right in front of a turn. Yikes. He barked his head off. I finally had to move. We later worked on, "I run, you run. I stop, you stop". Um, he was so distracted by all the people and dogs running and stopping he couldn't, no wouldn't pay any attention to me. That was one useless exercise for me. LOL.

Gotta love their herding instincts (well, maybe just the chasing one).
 
Last week I brought both girls into the buildings for agility. I usually leave one in the car as their classes are different hours but it was cold. When I ran Diva, Ember barked her head off. When Ember ran ,Diva barked her head off. Neither dog that was running made a peep. :rolleyes2: I guess they could stand to see the other having fun.:smile2:

I guess I could be a sheltie. I am reserved with strangers but once you are my friend I'm very loyal. But that doesn't come easy. I'm not strugglely and I tend to be a nerdy control freak with a quirky personality. Um I guess shelties were made for me.:biggrin2:

That sounds exactly like mine at agility training (and flyball) they hate seeing the other one have fun!

Wow, you described me to a T as well - guess my sheltie do reflect my personality!
 
You know they say that dogs and their owners look alike as well over time....................
